Frequently asked questions
What documents should my application include?
What we definitely need is your current CV, your salary expectations, and a possible start date. A cover letter is optional. If you're applying for a creative role, we'd love to see your portfolio. Everything else we'll discuss in person during the interview.
Can I apply for multiple roles at the same time?
Yes, that's possible. We're happy if there are several roles that interest you. Ideally, the roles you apply for have a natural connection to your background and experience.
Can I send an unsolicited application?

What does the application process look like?
After you apply, we will confirm we've received your application. We'll then review your documents and typically get back to you within 14 days, either with an invitation to a first interview or a personal update on your application. We'll keep you informed either way!
How are job interviews conducted?
Currently, all interviews take place online via Microsoft Teams. Once the appointment is confirmed, we'll send you a meeting link.
How should I prepare for a job interview?
The first interview is a relaxed, two-way conversation. We'd be delighted if you've taken a bit of time to look into us as a company, and ideally have a few questions about topics that interest you.
How many days per week am I able to work from home?
Depending on the role, we work either on a hybrid basis or up to 100% remotely (within Germany). The exact arrangement may vary by position, so feel free to ask us if you'd like to know more.
